How to Purchase

All our products are available:
– On our online store. Browse the catalogue and purchase directly with a simple and secure procedure:

• Select a product and add it to your cart
• To complete your order, you may register or proceed with the transaction as a guest
• Choose whether you prefer to collect your order at a FEMET store or receive it directly by standard or express mail
• Select a payment method
• Confirm your order
• You will receive an email with order confirmation. If it does not arrive, contact customer service

How to Pay

• Online purchase through e-commerce system with any credit card
• Bank transfer in advance – no commission
• Payment at our location:
  Cash, maximum amount €5,000 – no commission
  Credit card or debit card (up to the amount permitted by your bank)
  Bank cheque and cashier’s cheque

Shipping Methods
1. Home delivery via insured postal service or express courier throughout Italy to your chosen address (Shipping costs: €10)
For standard shipping, delivery in 3-5 working days (5-7 for Sicily, Sardinia, Islands) with shipping cost included in the purchase price.
For express shipping, delivery in 1-2 working days (2-4 days for Sardinia, Sicily, Islands).
An email will be sent to confirm shipment (once the order has left the warehouse) and another message with the order tracking code (with link to the courier’s website), and finally the courier will contact you by SMS or email to inform you of the order delivery.
2. Collection at Femet srl locations in Ferrara, Cento, San Lazzaro and Brescia, in 3-5 working days, with no shipping costs.
You will be notified of the products’ arrival by SMS; the products will remain at the store for 15 days. You must show the order number and identification document of the person collecting it.
3. Other delivery methods for products, such as insured security transport service, may be arranged directly with Femet srl agents by telephone or email.
