How to Buy

All our products are available:
– On our online store. Consult the catalog and purchase directly using a simple and secure procedure:

• Choose a product and add it to your cart
• To complete the order, you may register or proceed as a guest
• Choose whether you prefer to collect your order at a FEMET point of sale or receive it directly via standard or express mail
• Choose a payment method
• Confirm the order
• You will receive an email with the order confirmation. If it does not arrive, please contact customer service

How to pay

• Online purchase via e-commerce system with any credit card
• Advance bank transfer – no commission
• Payment on site:
  Cash, maximum amount €5,000 – no commission
  Credit or debit card (up to the limit allowed by your bank)
  Bank check and cashier’s check

Shipping methods
1. Home delivery via insured mail service or express courier throughout Italy to your chosen address (Shipping costs: €10)
For standard shipments, delivery in 3-5 business days (5-7 for Sicily, Sardinia, and Islands) and shipping cost included in the purchase price.
For express shipments, delivery in 1-2 business days (2-4 days for Sardinia, Sicily, and Islands).
An email will be sent to confirm the shipment (once the order has left the warehouse) and another message with the order tracking code (with a link to the courier’s website); finally, the courier will contact you via SMS or email to inform you of the order delivery.
2. Collection at Femet srl offices in Ferrara, Cento, San Lazzaro, and Brescia, in 3-5 business days, with no shipping costs.
You will be notified of the products’ arrival via SMS; products will remain in storage at the point of sale for 15 days. It is necessary to show the order number and an identification document of the person collecting it.
3. Other delivery methods for the products, such as an insured armored car service, can be arranged directly with Femet srl agents via telephone or email.
