– On our online store. Browse the catalog and purchase directly through a simple and secure process:
- Select a product and add it to your cart
- To complete your order, you can register or proceed as a guest
- Choose whether you prefer to collect your order at a FEMET point of sale or receive it directly via standard or express mail
- Select a payment method
- Confirm the order
- You will receive an email confirming your order. If it does not arrive, please contact customer service

How to pay
- Online purchase via e-commerce system using any credit card
- Advance bank transfer – no commission
- Payment on-site:
Cash, maximum amount €5,000 – no commission
Credit or debit card (up to the limit permitted by your bank)
Shipping methods
1. Home delivery via insured mail service or express courier throughout Italy to your chosen address.
The cost is:
- €15 + VAT for amounts up to €3,000
- €70 + VAT for amounts over €3,001
An email will be sent to confirm the shipment (once the order has left the warehouse), followed by another message with the tracking code (including a link to the courier’s website); finally, the courier will contact you via SMS or email to inform you of the delivery.
The tracking code will be sent once the product is handed over to the courier.
2. Free collection at Femet srl locations in Ferrara, Bologna, Cento, San Lazzaro, and Brescia, within 3-5 working days, with no shipping costs.
3. Other delivery methods, such as insured armored car service, can be arranged directly with Femet srl agents via telephone or email.
